    Before you back a pick

    The proposed rules.

    PRESTONK is in development. These are the current product defaults, not an open offer to enter a tournament.

    1. 2–16 picks. At least 10 minutes per round. A host chooses the shortlist. You can back one stock, several, or all of them. The tournament lasts at least 10 minutes per elimination round, up to 6 hours in total.
    2. Buy to back your pick. A qualifying USDC buy contributes 3% to the pot and routes 97% into your selected stock before venue costs. Network and trading costs are separate.
    3. Volume decides. Finalized, fee-paying app buys determine the ranking. Stock price performance does not. At each checkpoint, the upper half advances, rounding up.
    4. Your holdings stay yours. Eliminated stocks remain in your wallet. The app never sells your stock principal to fund rewards.
    5. Holding affects eligibility. Before the final eligibility snapshot, sales and transfers consume eligible lots oldest first and reduce reward weight. After the snapshot, selling does not revoke earned rewards.
    6. Earlier backing earns more weight. Every round you hold adds 1× to your weight, up to 4× in a 16-pick bracket. The default weight-bearing cap is 1,000 USDC per wallet per tournament. Buys above it still pay fees and add stock volume, but earn no additional weight.
    7. The winner gets a new pair. The pot funds purchases of a new memecoin quoted in the winning stock. Eligible winning backers receive their actual swap output in their existing wallets. Purchase priority does not guarantee a better price.
    8. Know the limits. The app holds the fee pot. Trading costs and token transfer tax affect reward output. Issuer pause or freeze controls may delay settlement. Refunds follow the published recovery policy; they are not a general refund of losing entries.

    Final participant eligibility, published terms, and a fully verified launch and settlement path are required before participation opens.
